Where can I find stingless bees? Stingless bee scientific name
The stingless bee, also known as Meliponidae, always seems to attract some attention because of the “stingless” tag. This doesn’t mean that Meliponidae is defenseless. Listen to this variety of weapons: smearing the victim with honey regurgitated from their honey stomachs, pulling hair, running in and out of the eyes, ears, nose, over the hands, and down the shirt collar, and as if this were not enough, biting. They are also without commercial value due to their complicated method of storing honey.
